Does VOLOOM have a warranty?

Yes, VOLOOM hair tools come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers breakage, failure to heat, or other malfunctions due to design or manufacturing defects. If any defects occur within the first 30 days, they will be covered at no cost. After 30 days, a service fee of $29.99 may apply. Please note that this warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear. What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase! At checkout, customers have the option to add Shipping Protection/Free Return option for $1.99. If you opt-in to the $1.99 fee, you will receive a free shipping label to return the product to our office in Los Angeles. If you do not opt-in, a return label can still be obtained at your expense.

Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging, including all product kits and printed materials. If any components are missing, a 15% deduction will be applied to your refund.
